Cancellations made inside 45 days prior to arrival incur FULL penalty plus tax and applicable product penalties.

No shows and early departures incur FULL penalty plus tax.

No snow policy: If Payday, Silverlode, First Time, Bonanza or Ski Teams lifts are not scheduled to open due to lack of snow, 48 hours prior to arrival and this remains in effect throught the day of arrival, a full refund minus a $75 handling fee will be given. Not valid for temporary closures.

A major credit card or cash deposit and photo I.D. is required upon check-in for phone and incidental charges.

Guests attending a convention may not use this package for their stay. If found attending a convention, guests may be charged directly by the hotel.
